The Baltimore Ravens had some stellar play from some of their offensive lineman, while others struggled in 2015. Here are our grades for the Ravens O-line.

2015 Grades: QB | RB | WR | TE | OL | DL |

Physical football has been the name of the game since the franchise moved to Baltimore 20 years ago. Much of that physicality has been led by an offensive line that mauls their opponents at the point of attack. That was missing from this unit in 2015.

The strong running game that has been the success of the Ravens was lacking this season. They topped 100 yards rushing just five times this season. It just so happens that three of the Ravens’ five wins came in those 100-yard efforts.

That is not to say that the Ravens had a terrible season along the offensive line. Marshal Yanda is heading to the Pro Bowl for the fifth time. Jeremy Zuttah does not get enough credit for his solid work in the middle and his importance was visible once he was placed on injured reserve. Kelechi Osemele is another elite guard who also showed he is capable of playing left tackle as well.

The question mark comes at tackle. Eugene Monroe struggled with injuries all season long and has barely paid since signing his contract extension in 2014. James Hurst has been a serious letdown when required to enter the lineup. Ryan Jensen had an average season.

It’s a strong possibility that Baltimore makes a move on the offensive line in the draft. We have previously debated whether the Ravens should draft either Laremy Tunsil or Ronnie Staley. Both figure to be projected top-10 selections and are envisioned to be solid foundations on the left side for years to come.

KO is a free agent this offseason and it’s going to be difficult for the Ravens to keep him with the current state of the salary cap. Osemele is one of several free agents that could stay or go as Ozzie Newsome has plenty of work to do to improve this team.

The line gets a C+ as a whole, but upgrades will be necessary moving forward. Here are the grades for the Ravens offensive line.
