Tonight could be Breshad Perriman’s last game in a Baltimore Ravens uniform and many fans think that this is a good thing.

When Baltimore Ravens General Manager Ozzie Newsome drafted Breshad Perriman out of the University of Central Florida in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft, he thought he was going to get a game changer for the offense. What he didn’t know is that Perriman would be a huge disappointment.

Let’s take a look at his rookie season in 2015…wait, he didn’t get on the field due to an injury he sustained in training camp. The last few seasons for Perriman have been downright dreadful.

He’s played in a total of 27 games in his career and has a total of 43 career receptions for 576 receiving yards. Too many times Perriman has let the offense down by dropping important passes that could’ve kept drives alive.

More from Baltimore Ravens

You know you aren’t doing well for the team when John Harbaugh benches you during the season. To me, it’s a no-brainer, but the Ravens need to move on.

It would be good for Breshad Perriman to move on to another Organization.  A fresh start and a change of scenery would do wonders for him.

Maybe he could sign a cheap deal with the Miami Dolphins or Jacksonville Jaguars to be closer to home. It’s always good to be near family. That could always improve his confidence as a player on and off the field.

It might not be an easy decision to let Perriman go, but he hasn’t proven himself in Baltimore and it probably won’t happen unless something changes for him. He’s got the talent, but he hasn’t put it all together.
