The Ravens will have two home games and two away games. Technically speaking, they’ll be the home team for the Hall of Fame Game, but that will be played at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio. The game will also subsequently be two days before linebacker Ray Lewis is inducted into the Hall of Fame.
The Ravens will also have two games that will be nationally televised. The Hall of Fame Game will air at 8 p.m. on NBC and the Ravens’ Week 3 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts will air at 8 p.m. on ESPN.
The Hall of Fame Game will be an interesting one for Ravens fans as it will put them on a major national stage for a night (and who doesn’t love one more week of football), but perhaps the two most interesting games will be against the Rams and Redskins.
The Rams are likely going to be a force to be reckoned with in the NFL this year. Quarterback Jared Goff took some big steps forward last year and along with star running back Todd Gurley, head coach Sean McVay has taken the team from being a .500 team to being a serious playoff contender.
Not only that, but the Rams have made some significant moves this offseason, acquiring wide receiver Brandin Cooks from the New England Patriots, as well as acquiring cornerback Marcus Peters from the Kansas City Chiefs and cornerback Aqib Talib from the Denver Broncos. And on top of all of that, the Rams also signed defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh in free agency.
As for the Redskins matchup, it will be interesting to see newly-signed backup quarterback Robert Griffin III play against his former team, the one that drafted him with the second-overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. Likely Joe Flacco won’t be playing much in that game since it’s the last game before the regular season starts, so Griffin will likely get some work.

The NFL anticipates releasing the 2018 regular season schedule sometime within the next couple of weeks. Opponents and locations have already been decided and announced, but the newly-released schedule will have official dates and times.
