Baltimore Ravens Under Consideration For London Game
By Ben Palmer
The Baltimore Ravens are under consideration to play one of the London games next year. They would be playing against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
There are only eight teams that have not participated in the NFL’s international series of games in London. The Baltimore Ravens are one of those teams, along with the Arizona Cardinals, Carolina Panthers, Cleveland Browns, Green Bay Packers, Philadelphia Eagles, and Seattle Seahawks.
That could change for the Baltimore Ravens next year though, as the NFL is considering them for one of the London games against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Technically, the game would be counted as a road game for the Ravens, as they are obligated to play all of their home games at M&T Bank Stadium. The Jaguars, however, have become somewhat of a staple in London, as they are under contract to play at least one game in London every year.

Last year Baltimore Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti estimated that there was a 75-80% chance the Ravens would play in London by 2019, and he’s been in favor of the move. “I would absolutely love going to London,” Bisciotti said. “I think it would be great. Hopefully it would be the time of year that we could get a lot of fans over there, whether it be near Christmas or near Thanksgiving, or September when the weather is still beautiful, even in the U.K. I’m all for it. I think it would be a blast.”

As of now, it’s unknown when the NFL will finalize which teams will be playing in London, but it seems like the Baltimore Ravens have a legitimate shot at being one of those teams.
