The wondrous and loyal fans of the Baltimore Orioles have received a nomination in FanSided’s Fandom 250.

A few weeks back, FanSided declared they’re ranking the top 250 fan bases in the world. As the most loyal and faithful fans in baseball, it comes to no surprise that the devoted fans of the Baltimore Orioles have made the list.

Released on November 15, the Baltimore Orioles and their fans were among FanSided’s latest batch of Fandom 250 nominees. Where does the fan base of the Baltimore Orioles ultimately rank? The unveiling of the complete rankings for Fandom 250 will be released on December 6th.

The beautiful and modern Oriole Park at Camden Yards is known for one of the best parks in America and recently was ranked as the best ballpark experience in the MLB for the third straight year by Stadium Journey. Regardless of the ballpark, you’ll always hear the Baltimore Orioles traditional shouting of “O!” in the midst of the national anthem. Also, the Orioles legends are some of the greatest baseball players in history which include Cal Ripken Jr., also known as, “The Iron Man,” Brooks Robinson, Jim Palmer, Eddie Murray, Frank Robins, and the list goes on.

The Baltimore Orioles fandom merits the right to be in the top of the Fandom 250 rankings thanks to our deep history of success and tradition.
