The Baltimore Ravens should be able to land one of the top players available in the 2016 NFL Draft thanks to the trades for the top two picks.

A lot has changed since our first mock draft was released last month. Fortunately for the Ravens, they should reap the benefits for the Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles trading for the top two picks to draft quarterbacks.

With quarterbacks expected to be the top two selections, the Ravens should get one of the top players at their respective positions. Whether it is Laremy Tunsil, Myles Jack, Jalen Ramsey or DeForest Buckner, they really cannot go wrong with any of these picks. It is now just a matter of who will still be available to them with the sixth pick.

Looking at mock drafts around the web, no one seems to agree on how things will play out after the first two picks. NFL Network had the Ravens taking Tunsil over Ramsey. Walter Football has Tunsil in a Ravens uniform as well. Pro Football Focus has Jack coming to Baltimore. Peter King has Joey Bosa as the pick. And for some unknown reason, Todd McShay has Ronnie Stanley going ahead of Tunsil in his latest mock draft.

It will come down to what the teams ahead of them do. Tunsil seems to be a logical choice for the San Diego Chargers who desperately need help on their offensive line. The Dallas Cowboys are high on Ramsey, Bosa and Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott. The Jacksonville Jaguars are rumored to be seeking help with their front seven, which means Jack, Bosa or Buckner could be their guy. Again, no one knows what to expect in this year’s draft.

Mock drafts are kind of comical because it’s very rare that anyone gets them right. I whiffed on every pick in last season’s mock draft, and will probably do so again. The only two picks that seem to be set in stone is Jared Goff and Carson Wentz will go with the top picks.

As we are just days away from the first round of this year’s draft, let’s take one more guess at how the Ravens will use their nine picks.
