Ravens Front Seven vs. Steelers Rushing Attack

The winner of this battle will likely be the winner of this game as two of the top rushing offenses and defenses are set to square off. The Ravens defense ranks 8th in rushing yards allowed, and while the Steelers rushing offense ranks at just No. 21, they are much better than that.

The Steelers welcomed back Le’Veon Bell this past week and the workhorse running back racked up 132 total yards and a touchdown in his first action of the season. Prior to Bell’s return, DeAngelo Williams did a terrific job of filling in, rushing for 206 yards and three touchdowns so far this season.

With the Steelers turning to Michael Vick at quarterback, they could decide to lean on the running game. Bell is the type of back that can take over a game and Williams has proved that he still has something left in the tank as well. Baltimore has to slow down the Steelers ground attack and force Vick into passing situations.

It would also be nice if they could get their ground game going also.
