Rashaan Melvin:

Melvin’s play in the AFC Divisional playoff game might have left a bad taste in Baltimore fans’ mouths, but he was above average after being thrown into the fire because of the Ravens cornerback injury woes throughout the 2014-2015 season.

Melvin is having a rather good training camp and looked solid in the game against the Saints.

I believe that Kyle Arrington has his spot as the slot corner solidified along with Jimmy Smith covering each team’s number one receiver; but how safe is Lardarius Webb from Rashaan Melvin? Webb is injured as of right now, which unfortunately seems to be the common theme in the past few years of his career. I think Melvin could possibly unseat Lardarius Webb if he continues to surge in camp. Rationally, I do believe Webb will keep his job, but Melvin will make a very solid #4 corner if he can stay healthy.
