Tight Ends: Dennis Pitta, Owen Daniels, Crockett Gilmore

The good news? Dennis Pitta is probably the best tight end Kubiak has ever gotten to play with, so expect big things from the sure-handed slot tight end this season.

The bad news is the depth. Owen Daniels was out for most of the preseason with fatigue. Maybe the Ravens were just trying to save his legs for the regular season, but it’s hard to put too much faith in a guy who missed multiple weeks like that.

As for Crockett Gilmore, he looked very much like a rookie in the preseason. More often than not, he was invisible. He will probably be used more as a blocker than a receiver as a rookie, where he should at least be better than Ed Dickson was a year ago.
