Top 5 Baltimore Ravens to Get on Your Fantasy Football Team
2. Michael Crabtree, WR
After spending his entire career on the West Coast with the San Fransico 49ers for six years and most recently the Oakland Raiders the past three seasons, veteran wideout Michael Crabtree has found a new home with the Baltimore Ravens.
Crabtree, 30, is listed as the Ravens No. 1 wide receiver according to the official Baltimore Ravens depth chart after spending the past three seasons as the Raiders No. 2 receiver to Amari Cooper. With that being said, Crabtree has consistently been one of top fantasy wide receivers during his time with the Raiders by recording 232 receptions for 2,542 yards and a substantial 25 touchdown receptions.
Despite being the No. 1 wideout on the Ravens roster, quarterback Joe Flacco has a history of lacking targets to his top target. However, Flacco has thrown the football more than ever the past two seasons with lofty 672 pass attempts in 2016, followed up by 549 pass attempts just a season ago.
According to Matthew Terelle of FantasyPros.com, Flacco and Crabtree have demonstrated good chemistry together in training camp and should be Flacco’s main target in 2018. Expect a heavy workload for Crabtree as he strengthens his chemistry with his new quarterback throughout the season.
