3. Breshad Perriman – WR, 2015 NFL Draft

If you wanted to argue that Breshad Perriman was a worse pick than Elam, I can understand that. Perriman was drafted out of the University of Central Florida with the 26th-overall pick of the 2015 NFL Draft.

If there was one thing that made Perriman appealing, it was his speed and size. Perriman is 6’3″, 218 pounds, and ran a 4.29 40-yard dash at the 2015 NFL Combine. Unfortunately, his physical gifts haven’t translated into success.

After missing all of the 2015 season due to injury, Perriman came back for the 2016 season and was less than impressive, ending the year with 33 catches for 499 yards and three touchdowns. Last season was even worse, as Perriman gradually lost playing time, ending the year with 10 catches for 77 yards in 11 games.

Perriman was supposed to be the wide receiver of the future for the Baltimore Ravens, but his inability to consistently make catches, as well as his poor route-running skills, have made him all the more likely to end up a free agent once his rookie contract ends.
