Baltimore Orioles Top 10 All-Time Leaders in Home Runs
By Ben Palmer
8. Brady Anderson – 209 home runs
Brady Anderson played for the Orioles from 1989 to 2001, coming to the team in a trade with the Boston Red Sox that sent him and Curt Schilling to Baltimore in exchange for Mike Boddicker.
Anderson, a native of Maryland, was extremely productive for the Orioles, earning three All-Star appearances during his time with the team.
His best season with the team came in 1996 when he slashed .297/.396/.637 with 50 home runs, 117 runs, 110 RBIs, and 21 stolen bases, one of the best seasons in Orioles history and a career-high in home runs for him.
Anderson also happens to be the Baltimore Orioles’ all-time leader in stolen bases, with 315 career steals. He had three seasons in which he stole over 30 bases, including his 1992 season when he stole 53 bases.
Anderson played his final season of his career with the Cleveland Indians, playing in just 34 games for the team before retiring. He was eventually inducted into the Baltimore Orioles Hall of Fame in 2004.
