4. Paul Blair – 167 stolen bases

Paul Blair played for the Baltimore Orioles from 1964 to 1976, winning two World Series with the team during that timespan. After the 1976 season, Blair went to the New York Yankees and won two more World Series with them before being released after the 1979 season.

Blair was signed by the Cincinnati Reds and released a month later before being picked up by the Yankees once again.

Blair’s best season in Baltimore came in 1969 when he earned his first All-Star appearance and his first of eight Gold Gloves. During that season, he slashed .285/.327/.477 with 26 home runs, 102 runs, 76 RBIs, and 20 stolen bases. Ultimately, he ended up earning one more All-Star appearance in his career after his 1973 season, also with the Orioles.
