The Washington Wizards season came to a sad, dramatic end with their game seven loss to the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Semifinals, but now it’s time to look to the offseason.

Enough dust has settled after the Washington Wizards game seven loss to the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Semifinals that I think it’s time to pick up and look forward to the offseason.

There was a lot to like about the Washington Wizards this year, and they came inches away from going to the Eastern Conference Finals. They had a career-year from point guard John Wall and a similarly excellent year from shooting guard Bradley Beal.

We saw Otto Porter Jr. finally come into his own as one of the better small forwards in the East, and we saw new coach Scott Brooks take this Wizards team to a level they hadn’t been to in quite some time.

So now what to do? Where do the Wizards go from here? Let’s take a look at the five biggest issues the team will be facing this offseason.
