The Washington Wizards vs. Boston Celtics Game 2 of the Eastern Conference semis resumes tonight with the Celtics leading the NBA playoffs series 1-0. Here’s the definitive guide on how to live stream Game 2 with the Watch TNT app and more.
The Washington Wizards had a mesmerizing start to the Eastern Conference semifinals matchup in the 2017 NBA playoffs against the Boston Celtics, jumping out to a 16-0 lead in the hostile TD Garden arena. However, the Wizards 38-24 commanding first quarter lead was short-lived as the Celtics outscored the Wizards 35-26 in the second quarter to cut the lead to 64-59 heading into halftime.
Things got even worse for the Wizards with starting power forward Markieff Morris forced to leave the game in the second quarter after spraining his left ankle. Morris suffered the injury after landing on the foot of Celtics’ Al Horford, who has a history of taking out shooters.
You be the judge on whether Horford intentionally undercut Morris during Game 1:
Morris plans to get to the bottom of this, telling CSN Mid-Atlantic’s Chris Miller:
"I’m going to ask him, though. I looked at it a couple times. It’s not really that pretty, so I couldn’t really watch it too much."
Nonetheless, the Wizards must find a way to get a win tonight and even the series at one before heading back to Washington, D.C. for Game 3 Thursday night.
