10. Noah Brown – Ohio State

Noah Brown left Ohio State with two seasons of eligibility left, and it could be argued that it would’ve been better for him to stay and play another year to raise his draft stock.

Regardless, Brown chose to enter the NFL Draft and is an impressive talent. He’s got good speed (he ran a 4.55 40-yard dash at the combine) to go with good size (6’2″, 222 pounds).

His 2016 numbers at Ohio State aren’t all that impressive, he finished the year with 32 receptions, 402 yards, and seven touchdowns, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t a talented receiver.

Brown could easily fall to the late-second or early-third round, allowing the Ravens to draft a talented receiver without using a first-round pick, making him someone the team should take a look at if he falls far enough.
