The Wizards currently sit in third place in the Eastern Conference standings in a first half of the season where the Wizards went from pretenders or contenders. The scorching hot Wizards, who have won 18 of their last 21 games, would be smart to make a trade if they want to make a serious run at an NBA championship.
Washington Wizards General Manager Ernie Grunfeld have put the Wizards a fair amount of NBA trade rumors throughout his tenure with the Wizards including last year’s pivotal trade to land Markieff Morris from the Phoenix Suns during last year’s NBA trade deadline.
In arecent reportfrom CSN Insider’s J. Michael, John Wall shared his thoughts on if Grunfeld will make a move before the clock strikes 3:00 p.m. ET on Thursday saying, “I think so. We’re looking at some options to help our bench out. Other than that I don’t know. I haven’t talked to him about it.”
