NFL Draft: Top 10 outer linebackers the Ravens should target
By Ben Palmer
4. Solomon Thomas – Stanford
Solomon Thomas had a really good year at Stanford this past season. The 6’3″. 273 pound outside linebacker ended the season with 62 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, eight sacks and one forced fumble.
Thomas would be suited best as an outside linebacker in a 3-4 scheme, which is perfect for the Ravens. Thomas has solid speed off the edge and is a very physical defender.
Thomas also is known as a really good guy off the field, especially in regards to his high work ethic. Likely Thomas will go in the late-first/early-second round of the NFL Draft, and he’d be an excellent pick there for the Ravens.
