NFL Draft: Top 10 outer linebackers the Ravens should target
By Ben Palmer
8. Demarcus Walker – Florida State
Demarcus Walker is a big dude. Standing at 6’3″, 281 pound, he’s a force to be reckoned with on the outside of the defensive line.
While Walker’s size imposing, for him to really be an effective outside linebacker in the NFL, he’ll likely need to slim down a little. His body type best suits him as a 3-4 outside linebacker, and he’s a powerful pass rusher.
Walker finished his 2016 season with Florida State with 68 tackles, 16 sacks, 21.5 tackles for a loss, three forced fumbles and two batted passes. He has the talent of a late first-rounder, though I could see him falling to the second round.
