Josh McCown vs. Ravens Secondary

RG3 will not play Sunday because of a fracture in his shoulder that will place him on injured reserve. That moves Josh McCown into the starting lineup and that is not necessarily good news for the Ravens.

McCown had his way with Baltimore’s secondary last season. He threw for 669 yards and three touchdowns, and also added a rushing score in the two games against the Ravens last season. He set a career high in passing in the Browns Week 5 win at Baltimore, throwing for 457 yards and bringing his team back from a fourth-quarter defeat deficit to get the win.

The Ravens secondary is coming off a tremendous performance against the Bills. They held Tyrod Taylor, Sammy Watkins and their passing game to next to nothing on offense, and they feature a better set of skill position players than we will see from the Browns.

Was the Week 1 performance a fluke? We will see this week, but Eric Weddle, Lardarius Webb, Jimmy Smith and Shareece Wright are off to a terrific start to the season.
