We are back with the fifth episode of our Baltimore sports podcast, BMore Wired, and this one is our best yet.

Episode 5 of BMore Wired is one that will go down in infamy. Scott Rosario pays his dues for losing the NBA Finals bet and is forced to sing Zach Brown Band’s “Colder Weather” on air. It’s surprisingly not as bad as you would think. You cannot miss that.

I open the show by gloating about my two successful predictions from our last episode: the Cleveland Cavaliers winning the NBA Finals and Dustin Johnson winning the US Open. Scott is not too happy about it.

We would never do this show without talking about the Baltimore Orioles. Ubaldo Jimenez surprised us all the other night, and the O’s are still in first place as of this episode. Hyun Soo Kim continues to produce, and Manny Machado is now back from his four-game suspension.

The Orioles are coming off their 1,000th win at Camden Yards, and Adam Jones was the star of that night with his base running. Third base coach Bobby “The Windmill” Dickerson also gets a shout out on this episode.

Our 7’s this week are all over the sports world. We discuss USA Soccer’s loss to Lionel Messi and Argentina, the Derrick Rose trade, a fan running on the field, D’Angelo Russell’s new commercial, Skip Bayless leaving ESPN and Yasiel Puig’s inside the park home run, and the NBA Draft.

The guys are doing the show as the 2016 NBA Draft is in full swing and there is some breaking news in the middle of the show on where one of the former Maryland Terrapins is head in the NBA. Jake Layman will be with the Portland Trail Blazers, while Diamond Stone will play with the Los Angeles Clippers.

We now know that Robert Carter signed a free agent contract with the Golden State Warriors. We discussed Carter not being drafted and the rule that does not allow these kids to decide to go back to college if they do not like their draft status.

We end the show talking about USA Basketball and the problems ahead in Rio de Janeiro with the Zika virus. We both have no desire to ever visit Brazil and we give our reasons why before ending the show.
