No. 4: Cleveland Browns QB Robert Griffin III

The Browns quarterback situation has been a disaster. A perfect name to describe how Cleveland QBs have fared could be best described by the name of the home of Cleveland sports on the FanSided Network, a Factory of Sadness.

Hue Jackson takes over for the Browns and has his own plans for the position. Last season, it was Josh McCown and Manziel as No. 1 and 2 with Austin Davis getting a start as well. McCown and Manziel are both gone. Davis is a long shot to make the team.

Jackson has brought in his guys, starting first with Robert Griffin. The Bengals are hopeful that a fresh start can get them the player that took the league by storm in his rookie season.

Cleveland also brought in Cody Kessler in the third round. Kessler is a personal favorite and was underrated in this draft. With the proper teaching, which he should get under Jackson, he has the tools to be a quality NFL starter.

Jackson will be the key to the turnaround in Cleveland. That will start by finally getting some good play from the quarterback. If RG3 returns to the form we saw in 2012, he will bring a new threat to the AFC North.
