No. 3: Cincinnati Bengals QB Andy Dalton

Andy Dalton is one of the more underrated signal callers in the game. He has steadily progressed every year since entering the league, and is coming off a season in which he he posted a career-high in completion percentage and a passer rating of 106.2. However, an injury to his right thumb cost him the final three games of the season and the playoff loss to the Steelers.

Like Flacco, it was the first time in his career that he had missed a game due to injury. Dalton has had a lot of success against the AFC North, winning two of the last three division titles. That includes four straight wins against the Ravens and a 7-3 career record against the Browns.

Even with Dalton out of the lineup in the regular season finale, the Bengals had A.J. McCarron lead them to a win over the Ravens. The win by McCarron gave the Bengals the AFC North title and a home game in the playoffs. Cincy could not break their playoff struggles, but know they have two solid quarterbacks on the roster.

Dalton will be ready for training camp and the Bengals should be in the thick of things in the race for the AFC North. Marvin Lewis has the fortune of having reliable quarterbacks on his roster to lead the way. Cincinnati had Hue Jackson as his offensive coordinator last season. Now, he is the head coach of a division rival looking to end their quarterback purgatory.
