No. 1: Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger

Ravens fans boo Roethlisberger more than any quarterback in the NFL, but also have to admit he is one of the best the league has to offer. He is a two-time Super Bowl winner and orchestrates one of the most dynamic offense’s in the game of football.

The Steelers all-time leader in passing was the youngest QB to win a Super Bowl at 23, and it seems like he’s been in the league forever. Now 34, he is still posting prolific numbers for a franchise that was based around the running game since the inception of football. The Steelers air it out with a dynamic group of wide receivers in Antonio Brown, Martavis Bryant and Markus Wheaton, and have one of the best all-around running backs in Le’Veon Bell.

Behind Big Ben, the Steelers have Landry Jones and Bruce Gradkowski as the backups. Jones started two games last season and saw action in seven games total as the Steelers quarterbacks battled injuries all season long. He had up-and-down success when on the field, but has injury concerns of his own. Gradkowski was on injured reserve for all last season and will be in a battle for his role on the team.

Roethlisberger has had mixed results against the Ravens, with a 11-9 record versus Baltimore. However, he is the only quarterback to win two Super Bowls and has the keys to a potent offense. The Steelers will always be a threat to win the AFC North as long as Roethlisberger is at the helm.
