The name is perfect for this team, but more importantly, Le’Raven Clark fills a need on the offensive line with Kelechi Osemele departing for the Oakland Raiders this offseason.

Clark has the tools that NFL teams covet at tackle. He has ridiculously long arms at 36 inches that allows him to swallow up smaller defenders. Scouts feel he is the ideal fit in a zone-blocking scheme, which the Ravens use. He has quick feet and an even better work ethic that make him one of the more intriguing prospects in this year’s draft.

The reason Clark is ranked so low is because Texas Tech’s offense is one where tackles are not asked to run block or stay in their pass protection long. He will be a bit of a project, but could be a stud down the road. Juan Castillo is one of the best offensive line coaches in the NFL and could mold Clark into a future star at left tackle.
