When going through the list of sixth-round choices, Josh Harris was the first name that stuck out. Not because he did anything special while with the team, but because he’s the only quarterback the Ravens have drafted and was with another team just a few weeks later.

If you are a college football junkie, you know the story of Harris. He was the first QB that now Ohio State coach Urban Meyer turned into a NFL player. Harris set a school record at Bowling Green for rushing touchdowns (43), and finished third in passing yards and touchdowns.

What makes this draft pick sting even more is that the quarterbacks on the Ravens roster that season were Boller and Kordell Stewart. “Flash” was fun to watch, but was not the answer, and we know the troubles that the franchise had with Boller. If Harris was not good enough to stick around with those two guys ahead of him, that’s a disappointment worthy of being named the worst sixth-round pick.
