5. Tampa Bay Rays – Logan Morrison, Steve Pearce, Brandon Guyer

Finally, it is the Tampa Bay Rays, who need more from a DH than anyone else. Morrison has underachieved everywhere he has been. Pearce hasn’t been able to stick outside of Baltimore. And Guyer is just a reserve player, although he did have a good year in 2015. All of these guys have been written about previously, so there isn’t anything left to say.
