WILL DAVIS. C. 1 Tackle / 1 Pass Defended. CB. Baltimore Ravens

Will Davis

has some bad luck when it comes to knee injuries. He tobe fre his ACL in November of 2014 and astonished the Miami Dolphins with how quickly he was able to return to the field. The Ravens were also impressed and traded a seventh-round pick to the Dolphins to acquire the former third-rounder from Utah State.

You can look at the numbers above and wonder what made Davis so special. Davis made a mark on the defense right away against the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Ravens were hopeful that he could be the one to man the third cornerback duties. That dream lasted only a couple weeks as Davis tore his ACL once again in the overtime loss to the Cleveland Browns.

Davis will enter 2016 on the final year of his rookie contract. The Ravens have high hopes for the 25 year old, but he has only managed to play in only 17 games in his three-year career. It remains to be seen if Davis will be ready for training camp, but the team is hopeful that he can step up and be the team’s third corner.
