RICK WAGNER. C-. . OT. Baltimore Ravens

If there is an award for being one of the toughest players on the team this season, Wagner gets the vote. Despite battling several injuries all year long, the second-year tackle fought through the pain and only missed six of the Ravens’ 1,134 offensive snaps in 2015.

Wagner had a rough start to the season as he was still not 100 percent following offseason foot surgery. As the year progressed and his foot healed, his play got better each week, and now the Ravens might have found the answer at right tackle for the foreseeable future.

Wagner will enter 2016 in the last year of his rookie deal. The Ravens could opt to go with a tackle with the No. 6 pick in this year’s draft which could cloud his future. Next season will be a crucial year for the former Wisconsin standout who could earn himself a nice payday if he continues to grow.
