Baltimore Ravens: 2015 Running Back Grades
By Joe Serpico

TERRANCE WEST. D. Rushing: 46 carries for 180 yards (3.9 yards per carry)
Receiving: 4 receptions for 21 yards. RB. Baltimore Ravens
West came to Baltimore after a failed stint with the Tennessee Titans and needed to show that he matured to be an NFL back. When he was finally given an opportunity to play, he did alright for his hometown team.
The potential is there. West was a third-round pick of the Cleveland Browns last season, but found his way to the Ravens as an insurance option. It was a good thing they did so because West was needed once Forsett went down. He had a season-high 44 yards on 14 carries in the win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He hits the holes hard, but leaves a lot to be desired in an offense that likes to use their running backs out of the backfield.
The front office has an interesting decision to make with West. With Forsett and Allen due back next season, there is not much room for West. The Ravens invested a fourth-round pick in Taliaferro in 2014, which really crowds the backfield.
