C. Rushing: 137 carries for 514 yards (3.8 yards per carry) / 1 TD
Receiving: 45 receptions for 353 yards / 2 TD. RB. Baltimore Ravens. JAVORIUS ALLEN

Allen was the lead man once Forsett went down for the season and had moments of brilliance. He also reminded us at times that he is still a rookie and has a lot to learn before being handed the keys to the offense.

His ability to run the football was never in doubt coming out of the University of Southern California. What drives coaches crazy is turning over the football and Allen found out quickly how that can lead to an extended stay on the sidelines. After fumbling in back-to-back games, Allen was benched in the loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. He rebounded with solid showings in the next two games, but he never had that game where he made you excited about him being the future at the position.

Where he did excel is as a pass catcher. He finished third on the team in receptions with 45 and was an integral part of the passing game when the Ravens were trailing (which was most of the season). He even led Baltimore in receptions with 12 catches for 107 yards in a loss to the Miami Dolphins.

To be honest, many were expecting the rookie to steal the job from Forsett with the additional carries. That was not the case, but it should make for an interesting battle once minicamps come around.
