Robert Myers
Myers has the build you look for in an offensive line at 6-foot-5, 326 pounds and the long arms that are coveted at the position. He’s thick with broad shoulders, but lacks strength on the line, however, mostly because he has yet to develop the proper technique to adequately take on rushers. While he projects to play at guard, he does have experience at both the left and right tackle positions and Ozzie Newsome has a history of drafting lineman with versatility.
Nicknamed “Snacks” and “Quadzilla” by friends and teammates, he is an incredible young man that you want to root for. Like the case with most small school prospects, the question is whether Myers is able to hold up against elite competition on a consistent basis. He is considered a project, and could be a likely candidate to start the season on the practice squad.
