Top Uncommitted Maryland High School Football Prospects
4-star Wide Receiver Trevon Diggs (Avalon School)
247Sports
Yes, Trevon Diggs is the younger brother of Stefon. And yes, he is really good. Diggs is currently rated as the No. 3 prospect in the state of Maryland and the No. 5 athlete in the entire country.
Diggs, too, was at The Opening, and played on Team Super Bad, along with Maryland commits Haskins Jr. and Darryl Turner (DeMatha Catholic). The reason Diggs is considered an ‘athlete’ is because he can play on either side of the ball. At the event, Diggs saw plenty of work at both wide receiver and cornerback.

Like his brother, Diggs has top-end speed and is a dynamic playmaker with the ball in his hands. He has really good size, which could work in his favor whichever position he’s playing. He’s not fully developed on defense but he does have elite ball skills and is very physical.
Diggs was expected to make his college decision earlier this month, but he has delayed it. His top five features Maryland, LSU, Alabama, Clemson, and West Virginia. Maryland should be considered a slight favorite because of his close relationship with Haskins, as well as the family ties. However, LSU is making a strong push after revealing their plans for him at cornerback.
