We are less than a month away from the kickoff of the 2015-16 college football season, so the anticipation is building for fans everywhere. Maryland football is entering its second season in the Big Ten Conference and they’re hoping to build on the success they enjoyed in their inaugural season. It won’t be easy, though, especially considering the Terps have lost a great deal of talent. Maryland has lost five starters on the offensive side of the ball and seven on defense.

The Terps will definitely be a team that flies under the radar in the upcoming season, but that is quite typical for Maryland sports. Randy Edsall’s squad will have their work cut out for them once again, but that obviously comes with the territory when you play in the Big Ten. However, outside of the conference schedule, there aren’t many big names, so the Terps will have a chance to compete for a third-straight bowl game appearance.

Nonetheless, here are the five toughest games on Maryland’s schedule for 2015.
