Breaking Down the Baltimore Ravens Schedule
By Joe Serpico
Week 15: Kansas City Chiefs – Dec. 20, 2015 (1 p.m.)
2014 Record: 9-7
Head-to-Head Record: 4-3
Last Meeting: Ravens 9 – Chiefs 6 (Oct. 7, 2012)
The Chiefs have enjoyed a fantastic turnaround since the arrival of Andy Reid, and the Ravens should be thankful for that. It was the Chiefs win over the Chargers in Week 17 that got Baltimore into the final playoff spot.
Reid was able to pry Jeremy Maclin away from the Philadelphia Eagles, and hopes to give the Chiefs a presence at wide receiver. The Chiefs were the only team in the NFL to not have a wide receiver catch a touchdown last season. The focus will still be on Jamaal Charles, who impacts a game as a runner and a receiver.
The Ravens played just one AFC North opponent in the final weeks of the 2014, but close out 2015 with two important divisional matchups that just might determine the outcome of the division.
