Chris McAlister

McAlister is the lone player on this list who is currently not active. The Ravens first-round selection in the 1999 draft was arguably the best player at his position from 2003 to 2006.

The cornerback from Mt. San Antonio College had 26 career interceptions (five for touchdowns) and 137 passes defended in his 10 years with the Ravens. He set an NFL record for the longest return when he took a missed field goal 107 yards for a touchdown in a Monday Night Football contest against the Denver Broncos. He also had a key interception in Super Bowl XXXV against the New York Giants.

McAlister played his final season in 2009 with the New Orleans Saints, but was cut midseason before the Saints won their Super Bowl.
