Baltimore Ravens: NFL Combine Day 2 – WR, QB, RB
By Cole Moog
This is definitely a very important day for Baltimore Ravens fans to watch. Wide receiver is one of the Ravens’ biggest needs, especially if they do not re-sign Torrey Smith. Even if they do re-sign Smith, they need to look for a true number one receiver. Steve Smith Sr. will turn 36 before the season’s start, so if anything, the Ravens need to look for a future replacement at the very least.
Also, fans must look toward the running back class. This is a very talented and deep running back class, and the Ravens can definitely scoop up a talented running back in the third or fourth round who can compliment last year’s third-round pick Lorenzo Taliaferro.
Tyrod Taylor looks to be gone from Baltimore, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the Ravens take a late round flyer on a QB to battle with last year’s sixth-round selection Keith Wenning.
