Rookie defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan was carted off the field into the locker room after injuring his left foot in the third quarter. This of course left the Ravens with two holes at defensive tackle for the rest of the game due to the four-game suspension that Haloti Ngata was serving.

However, now that his suspension is over, he will be practicing this week and getting ready for the playoff matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Defensive tackle Lawrence Guy, who recorded only ten tackles coming into this game, finished third on the team with six take-downs.

Defensive end Pernell McPhee continued his impressive 2014 campaign, totaling five tackles and two sacks on the day. This is a contract year for McPhee, and after the year that he had, he is going to get paid very well wherever he goes.
