If you take a look at the defensive stats for the Baltimore Ravens in this game, the list is pretty large: 23 players recorded tackles in this game. I think that makes up for about all the active defensive players on the roster.

Unlike the offense, the defense was not all that bad. Although they were facing off against a fourth-string quarterback and still allowed 25 points to be put up on the board, you have to remember that the Ravens turned the ball over three times in their own territory. Those turnovers lead to 13 Texans points.

The defensive line in particular did a pretty good job on All-Pro running back Arian Foster. Though he rushed for 98 yards on the day, it also took 25 carries for him to do so. It wasn’t a perfect performance, but it certainly wasn’t the culprit for this loss either.
