I honestly don’t know what the Chargers were trying to do on their kickoffs in the first half. Lorenzo Tliaferro, Crocket Gillmore, and Kyle Juszczyk all received kickoffs in this game. That is obviously because the Chargers were afraid of Jacoby Jones and were kicking the ball short.

Do they think that Jones is as good as Devin Hester in his prime or something? Because it sure looked like it. However, in the fourth quarter, Jones made head coach Mike McCoy look like a genius for not kicking to him, as he took a kick 72 yards all the way to the opposing 30-yard line.

As for Justin Tucker, he hit all four of his attempted field goals on the afternoon, but all of them were from 33 yards or less.
