Ozzie Martinez – Background and Stats, Future Prospects
Osvaldo Martinez is currently age 26 and split the past season between the Braves’ AAA team (.288 in 78 games) and the Dodgers AA Chattanooga (.176 in 33 games).
He was originally drafted by the Marlins in the 11th round in 2006. Martinez made it to the majors for brief stints in 2010 and 2011. His MLB total is .258 in 34 games.
