Defensive Line

In the first quarter, the D-line looked fantastic. In the last three, it looked atrocious.

A part of the defense that has been its strong suit through the first eight weeks of the season, the line did not perform well in Week 9. No one on the line recorded more than four tackles.

In the run game, however, they continued to hold opposing teams stagnant. Starting running back Le’Veon Bell came into this game third in the NFL in rushing yards, but he was held to 20 yards on ten carries in this game.
