For the third time in four weeks, Joe Flacco looked extremely sharp. It has really been a theme that started from Week 1. He performed better than he ever has in 2014, and the statistics prove it. Throwing for 1,854 yards, 14 touchdowns and five interceptions through the first seven games, he is on pace to break career-highs in several categories.

He helped the Ravens get off to a fast start against the Atlanta Falcons, marching down the field in five plays on their very first drive of the game to give the Ravens an early lead. He would continue his success throughout the game, and finish the day completing 16-of-25 passes for 258 yards and two touchdowns, but he also threw two picks, which will lower his grade a little.

Flacco has never eclipsed 4,000 passing yards, threw for over 25 touchdown passes, or ever had a passer rating of better than 94. He is on pace to accomplish all those feats in this 2014 season.
