Kawann Short vs Marshal Yanda and Kelechi Osemele

In just his second year, Kawann Short has established himself as one of the most disruptive defensive tackles in the game. Fortunately for the Baltimore Ravens, the Ravens have one of the best guard duos in the game, making this a must-watch matchup for fans of line play.

That tremendous Ravens guard duo did a solid job against Geno Atkins, one of the best defensive tackles in the game. They moved a massive Cleveland front-seven effectively as well.

Yet Short may be the greatest challenge yet. He is explosive off the snap and has an arsenal of moves to get into the backfield. Though he doesn’t produce a lot of sacks, Short regularly disrupts passing plays with either a tip or a hurry. He has already defended two passes this year.

Osemele and Yanda have proven up to almost any task this season, so this promises to be an exciting battle in the trenches.
