Towson (1-2) vs North Carolina Central (1-2)

Towson plays North Carolina Central at home, a team that has been competitive outside of a brutal 52-7 loss against FBS upstart East Carolina.

Where NCCU has struggled the most is run defense, as the Eagles have surrendered 203 yards per game on the ground.

That should play right into the hands of a Towson squad that has produced 151 yards per game on the ground, led by running back Darius Victor. Victor had played well this season having taken over for record-setting running back Terrance West, and he could be in line for a big game.

Towson has struggled defending the pass this year, and NCCU can throw the ball efficiently regardless of who plays quarterback, where Malcolm Bell and Quinn Billerman should both see time. Who will start has yet to be announced, but Bell was more effective last week for the Eagles against Charlotte .
