Watch Bernard Pierce for one main reason: The first two games of the year are an audition for Piece to earn the starting role.
Despite the money and emotions the Ravens have invested in Rice, Pierce has better physical ability when healthy. With two very strong games, I have to believe the Ravens would be willing to ride Pierce more than Rice.
So watch his vision, which has been a week point, but also keep an eye on Pierce’s ability to break tackles and gain yards after contact, which is the area where has a chance to distinguish himself from Rice.
