Putting the quarterback on a list of players to watch is pretty lazy, but I have to do it. Yes, you need to be watching Flacco, how he performs in Gary Kubiak‘s offense, how he responds to pressure (and there will be pressure) and how he throws his deep ball.
There is not much to say that hasn’t already been said, but I would pay close attention to Flacco’s mechanics. With Rick Dennison on the staff as quarterbacks coach and Kubiak a well known quarterback whisperer, Flacco’s mechanics should be more consistent than they have been in years past.
