A monster during the preseason, Brandon Williams earned the starting nose tackle spot and never looked back.
Despite being as big as Terrence Cody, Williams moves like Chris Canty, with great burst off the line and surprising lateral agility for a big guy. That burst and strength allow Williams to be more disruptive than the typical nose tackle while still eating up blockers with his size.
What I want to see from Williams is whether or not he can follow up a monstrous preseason with a solid regular season. Will he continue to make plays the way he did in preseason? If so, Williams has a chance to become a star.
