If you don’t have faith in John Harbaugh, shame on you. Look at the Ravens last year. An offense that couldn’t move the ball, a defense that couldn’t get off the field, and yet the Ravens went 8-8. That was one heck of a coaching job by the elder Harbaugh. The Ravens are always motivated to play, and Harbs has played a huge role in that.

Gary Kubiak, meanwhile, is a brilliant offensive mind who should get the Ravens offense producing again. He was without question the biggest addition for the Ravens this offseason. His scheme makes everything easier for the offense, from blocking to Flacco’s reads.

Dean Pees, however, is on the hot seat. His defenses have been some of the worst Ravens defenses in years. One could argue personnel is the issue, though the Ravens have continued to emphasize the defense in the draft. More aggressive play calling would help.
