Baltimore Ravens Restructure Lardarius Webb’s Contract, Clear Up $3 Million In Cap Space

Tom Pelissero of the USA Today reported that the Baltimore Ravens have restructured cornerback Lardarius Webb’s contract to clear up some cap space.

The Ravens’ had $3.7 million of cap space coming in to today, so that number will go up for them.
This news comes the same day that the Ravens signed former-Chargers cornerback Derek Cox.
This news could indicate that the Ravens are perhaps not done making moves before the season starts.
However, could all this news also be pointing in the direction that Webb’s injury could perhaps be more severe than we thought? I sure hope not.
